Immune Boosting Smoothie



Smoothies are a wonderful way to get more nutrition into your daily diet by incorporating fresh and frozen fruit and veggies. A good smoothie recipe should be loaded with vitamin and nutrient rich foods and ideally, a good amount of plant based or organic whey protein.

This smoothie does all of the above and can even be serve as a nutrient dense meal replacement.

12 ounces water

1/4 organic canned coconut milk

Serving of superfood powder

Serving of protein powder

1 cup organic spinach

1/2 apple, sliced

1/2 banana

1 cup frozen mangoes, strawberries, pineapples, or raspberries mixed


Blend together until smooth and drink immediately or store in the fridge for up t0 3 days.
